ODDITY ETHOS
For a long time, I was chasing this idea of having a “signature style”, something that would neatly sum up everything I made. Over time, I’ve realised my work doesn’t fit into one box. It shifts, it adapts, and it changes. I take my inspiration from all over and back again, and try to make it a bit ODD.
My creativity doesn’t follow a straight line; it zigzags, loops back, takes detours, asks for directions and sometimes jumps off path entirely. It lives in the in-between spaces, the nooks and the crannies, the overlooked corners, in what looks good at a distance, and in the things that don’t quite make sense at first glance. This is where the ODD is expressed.
